With our Xpress Custom Packages, you will be contacted by a member of our team to discuss your company, the goals of your website, your target audience and the look and feel that you’re looking for. Our design team will custom design an original site for you based on our consultation. |

Our designers design everything from scratch, based on our design consultation with you. We do not use templates or any layout programs to create your custom look. |
| Revisions |

With our custom packages, you will receive two proofs, the first one after the front page is created. The second, after the remainder of the site is completed. After the front page proof is offered, you will have one round of suggested revisions at that time. After those are provided, we will complete the remainder of the site, at which time, you will have another round of revisions. Additional revisions beyond that, we’ll offer for an hourly rate. |

With a custom website, after our initial consultation, we will provide you with a detailed timeline, outlining when you will receive proofs, and when final revisions are projected to be completed. The completion date will depend entirely on your expeditious review of the design proofs. |

With an Xpress Custom package, you will receive a free web updater where you can update all your text anytime. You simply log into your Control Panel and select “Xpress Updater” and edit away! We’ve formatted the graphic portions of your site to be non-editable in order to maintain the integrity of the design while you edit. |
| Free Stock Photography |

With a custom package from Spaceman Xpress, you may either search our online stock photo library of approximately 2500 pictures OR you may describe what kind of photo you're looking for and we’ll search our in-house photo library of hundreds of thousands of pictures to find what you’re looking for. You, of course, will have final approval on any pictures we select. |
| Free Hosting |

You will receive one year of free hosting with your package. After that, depending on the size of your website, it will either be a flat $99 or $199 to renew annually. |
| Email Accounts |

With a custom website package, you will receive 20, 50 or 100 email accounts with your website. |

* If you have purchased your domain name through a company other than Spaceman Xpress, you will need to make sure that your name servers have been modified to point to ypur web hosting servers (primary: ns61.websitewelcome.com; secondary: ns62.websitewelcome.com). This can take anywhere between 24 and 48 hours. Until all of that is complete, we cannot guarantee any delivery dates. |
