When will I be able to view my site on the Internet?
In general, we try to have all our sites posted within 7 business days of when content was uploaded. This can vary depending on how soon the domain name servers are switched to our hosting servers. If you purchase your domain name and web site hosting through us, we will ensure that everything is switched the same day. If you are handling the switch, as soon as you log into your domain account and make the switch, it will take up to 48 hours for it to be changed.

Will I be able to update my site?
Yes. Spaceman Xpress has developed a program for you to log in to your account and make textual changes to the information provided on your site free of charge! Photo updates will be more difficult as there will be some manipulation and resizing, so a $25.00 fee is charged for every picture you request that we change on your web site.

If I don’t like it when it’s first posted, can I make any changes?
As indicated above, textual changes are free with our online web editing program. Picture changes will cost $25.00 per change.

What if I need an extra page for my site?
For design reasons, you are limited on adding menu items to the front page, but adding subpages shouldn’t be a problem. The cost is $50.00 per page. If you have questions about what you can add, give us a call and we’ll consult with you about options. If you need to add over five pages, call us and we'll give you a quote for customizing one of our layouts.

How does the free stock photography option work?
It’s really very simple. When you decide on a layout and purchase a site, you may either begin uploading your content immediately, or you may log in to your account later to upload. In the upload form, you can either upload a picture that you have, or choose to search our stock photo library. If you want to use our stock photo library, select that option. Enter your keywords or search by category. When you have decided on a photo, choose “select” and that will be added to your content. You will have a chance to review all of your selections at the end of the upload process.
