How do I get an email account with my domain name?
With an Xpress website, you receive one year of free hosting, which comes with 20 email accounts. You may either check those accounts via webmail or an email program such as Outlook or Outlook Express.

How do I check my email accounts?
You may access your email account via webmail at http://www.yourdomainname.com/webmail. The specific address for your domain will be emailed to you when your website is complete and you are able to receive your email.
You may also set up your email accounts in an email program such as Outlook or Outlook Express. To do so, your settings should be as follows:
Incoming Mail Server (POP3): mail.yourdomainname.com
Outdoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomainname.com
Username: Your full email address. (eg. jdoe@yourdomainname.com)
Password: Password set up for your account in your control panel.
When setting up your account, be sure to check “My Server Requires Authentication”. Do NOT check “Log On Using Secure Password Authentication.”
If, once you have set up your information, you have any problems sending, but not receiving email, your ISP may be blocking you from sending mail through your Outgoing Mail Server Port. To fix this, you may either:
1. Go into your “Advanced” settings and change your outgoing mail server port to 26 instead of 25; or
2. Change your outgoing mail server settings to your ISP’s outgoing mail server, generally, mail.yourisp.com (.net, etc.). (Eg. mail.insightbb.com). Check with your ISP to find out more.
Please be advised that due to the unlimited variables that go into configuring your email accounts in your email programs like Outlook or Outlook Express, Spaceman Xpress cannot provide support for those email programs and settings. We will, however, provide support for retreiving your email via our three webmail programs.
If you choose not to set up your email via Outlook or another email program, you will need to delete your webmail relatively frequently, so you do not max out your 10 MB of allotted disk space on the webmail server.

I am not getting any email to my webmail account. What should I do?
Your mailbox may be full. You have a maximum of 10 MB of disk space on the webmail server. You need to make sure to empty your trash bin frequently. If you need to, consider setting your webmail up so that when you delete an email , it automatically deletes it from your trash bin. This should keep the mailbox from filling up so often. Also, make sure to check your webmail often enough to delete unnecessary emails and keep things under control. If you continue to have problems, consider setting up your email in an email program like Outlook or Outlook Express. Once the email is downloaded into these programs, it is removed from the server and will keep your web mailbox clear.
